A noncontested divorce is the easiest on your heart and your pocketbook. I will still be your Attorney but we will work toward an agreement with your spouse that enables a smoother transition to be possible. A noncontested divorce is done on a Flat Fee basis; you pay once and you are done.
Unfortunately, a contested divorce is sometimes necessary when you and your spouse just cannot agree. This is more difficult for everyone and this is when you truly need an Attorney you can trust to do what's best for you.
